Will I be able to track the activities and production of my salespeople and supporting staff?

Certainly! This system provides sales tracking and management that can be easily adapted to your specific needs. As an example, management can track the full sales cycle from initial contact through close, delivery and subsequent support. Additionally, management can instantly retrieve graphical representations providing support for critical decision making.

What are the minimum computer system requirements I need to have?

ACT! Premium 2010 specifies the following minimum system requirements:

Please note, while the system will function with a minimum configuration, for optimum work efficiency, Vital Assets recommends the following minimums for client workstations:

  • Minimum 2.0 GHz Pentium (or equivalent) processor
  • Minimum 1.5 GB RAM
  • 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor

All minimum system requirements are based on a single-user environment (one computer accessing a local database). In a shared environment, ACT! by Sage is designed to work with up to 10 users; ACT! by Sage Premium Solutions are intended for more than 10 users. Recommended server system requirements are for environments of more than one user. Customer Registration and Activation are required to use ACT!. Your system must meet the minimum requirements to be eligible for Technical Support with Sage Software.

What if my current computer system does not meet these requirements?

Complete IT infrastructure, including networking, Dell computers, and information security can be provided. Let our highly experienced computer and networking professionals design and install computer system upgrades securely and effectively for the fullest utilization of your new application software system.

As an alternative, Vital Assets will provide a web-based solution for companies wishing to minimize their investment in internal infrastructure and personnel, or who require easy remote access for users.

We do not have an IT department and our staff's computer experience is limited. Will we be able to learn and use this system?

Absolutely! This system is designed to be simple and intuitive. Experienced ACT! Certified Consultants and ACT! Certified Trainers are available to help your staff become productive quickly and comfortably .

Will I have to change the way I am accustomed to doing business?

Can your system provide for several locations that need to share and manage the same data?
